Mycotoxins are toxic compounds produced by fungi belonging mainly to the genera Aspergillus, Penicillium and Fusarium. In particular environmental conditions, when the temperature and humidity are favorable, these fungi proliferate and can produce mycotoxins. These mushrooms particularly attack certain foodstuffs, such as cereals, dried fruit and dried herbs. Cadir Lab has developed the internal MIP 55 method.

The method is accredited on cereals and nuts
