Self-control

Self-control is mandatory for all businesses involved in the food production chain at any level. Cadir Lab offers consultancy for the drawing up of self-control plans to companies operating in the food of plant origin chain (fruit, vegetables, cereals, wine).
The service we supply is constantly updated to promptly take account of the evolutions in regulations that occur over time, as happened in 2002 with for example with Reg. (EC)178/2002 (which, among other things, established the obligation of traceability), and in 2006 with the entry into force of the so-called Hygiene Package.
